Account Management - Director of Strategic Accounts

Primary Responsibilities: Ownership of complex client issues, driving quick and lasting solutions Exceed all assigned KPI goals and expectations Proactively meets and exceeds expectations for internal and external stakeholders Uses good judgment, integrity, confidentiality and professional conduct at all times Exemplifies commitment, discipline and a solid work ethic to manage multiple challenges and exceed client expectations Exhibits detail orientation and is adept at organizing multiple tasks, data points, requests and issues Exhibits effective written and verbal communication skills Drives changes and innovation through continually seeking and implementing value added solutions for clients Leverages a network of internal experts and colleagues across the business to supplement one's own expertise Manages all facets of ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for multiple accounts Acts as an external, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, with direct onsite client contact, but could include telephonic/virtual communication to supplement regular visits or manage lower volume or more remote clients Builds relationships with several key contacts (CEO, CFO, VP Rev Cycle, CCO, CMO, CIO, CTO, DCM, CM) in each hospital account and serves as the primary point of contact for overall service delivery Meets with clients on a regular basis to build rapport, present analytics on program outcomes, reinforces value of services provided, ask probing questions to identify other client opportunities, answers contract questions and coordinates responses to issues that may involve other internal departments Serves as the internal client champion coordinating with other internal stakeholders to implement client services, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs as well as manage hospital system and individual facility relationships Works closely with growth office sales leaders (or other SME's) on renewal and upselling opportunities to meet growth goal accountability Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years client management experience 5 years of healthcare specific account, sales or client management experience Intermediate to advance user of Excel & Power Point High Level of organizational skills to manage independent schedule Ability to travel up to 50%   Preferred Qualifications Ability to adjust in an ever changing and fast paced environment Professional verbal and communication skills; effective presentation skills Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines Demonstrates ability to build a collaborative culture and relationships across the organization with external and internal strategic partners and stakeholders (including clients, sales leaders, sales managers, sales support team, etc.) Requisition Number788089

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
