Cage Shift Lead Supervisor

Responsibilities
+ Oversees Cage and Vault functions for all shifts
+ Acting Cage Manager in the event of a leave, under direct supervision of the CFO
+ Safeguards Angel of the Winds Casino?s bankroll.
+ Prepares, reviews and coordinates work schedules and assigns duties to cage personnel.
+ Audits payroll reports.
+ Administers daily cash receipts and disbursements, verification of transactions, reviews variances, over prescribed limits and application of federal cash reporting requirements.
+ Audits Title 31 paperwork.
+ Accurately prepares governmental forms such as; W-2G, CTR, W-9, and 1042S.
+ Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
+ Learns, comprehends and complies with all company policies and procedures, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements.
+ Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.
+ Other duties as directed.
+ Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.
Requirements
Qualifications
+ Exceptional guest service skills.
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and five years heavy cash handling experience and/or casino experience in all of the following duties: front line cashier, fill banker, poker window, employee window, Vault; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ AA degree in accounting preferred.
+ Previous Casino Vault experience required.
+ Previous supervisory experience required.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class III/A (high security) Gaming License from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and the State of Washington.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement with the ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
