Brewery Line Cook

The work shift for this position will be either swing shift or evenings.

+ Prepares Barbeque and Pizza in a fire infused hearth oven.
+ Preps, and maintains items for a well stocked cooking station.
+ Is responsible for quality of products served.
+ Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and approved recipes.
+ Knows and complies consistently with all kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
+ Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area. Follows all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines when preparing hot and cold foods.
+ Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up standards for all dishes.
+ Assists in all areas of food preparation and production as needed.
+ Opens and closes kitchen properly by following the established opening and closing checklists for kitchen stations.
+ Brewing is a cooking process and from time to time cooks will be asked to assist in the brewing process. This process can and will include brewing, filling kegs, cleaning kegs, and sanitizing equipment.
+ Works days, nights, weekends, special events and holidays as needed.
+ Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.
+ Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ Exceptional guest service skills required.
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
+ A minimum of three years experience in kitchen preparation and cooking or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
+ At least one year experience in a similar capacity.
+ Experience with high volume cooking helpful.
+ Must be able to work with high temperature equipment.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class II (B) gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency.
+ Washington State Drivers license or photo ID Card.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card).
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. From time to time the position might require the lifting of full kegs of beer and moving those kegs to other areas. Requires repetitive movement with the ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
