Responsibilities
+ Safeguards casino bankroll and transactions.
+ Verifies and redeems several Video Lottery Tickets, VLT, per shift, including working off of three POS stations.
+ Redeems coin for the customers following specific cash and coin handling procedures.
+ Exchanges foreign currency by accurately computing exchange rate.
+ Exchanges cash and chips for customers following specific cash and chip handling procedures.
+ Completes MLT log for federal cash reporting requirements.
+ Performs computer data entry for an average of about 1200 VLT tickets.
+ Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
+ Ensures compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations.
+ Ensures control/protection of company assets.
+ Must learn, comprehend and comply with all company policies and procedures, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements.
+ Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.
+ Other duties as directed.
+ Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.
Requirements
Qualifications
+ Exceptional guest service and communication skills required.
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
+ Requires ability to operate a 10 key with speed and accuracy.
+ Requires a minimum of six months heavy cash handling cashier experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class III/A gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and the State of Washington.
+ Valid Driver?s License.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement with the ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
