+ Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
+ Authorizes and pays jackpots for specified levels.
+ Cash handling on the gaming floor.
+ Promotes Totem Club Membership to casino guests.
+ Investigates player complaints and machine malfunctions.
+ Performs slot machine ?drop? duties, including retrieving tickets from inside slot machines, as needed.
+ Monitors and corrects minor machine malfunctions, including changing paper.
+ Answers all calls in assigned areas, i.e. paper jams, bill accept or wins, etc. promptly.
+ Maintains working knowledge of each slot machine.
+ Learns and knows the payoffs of those slot machines to ensure exceptional guest service.
+ Correctly completes all required paperwork per company procedure.
+ Learns and follows all department and casino policies, procedures, and regulations as required.
+ Ensures compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations.
+ Works days, nights, weekends, special events, overtime and holidays as needed.
+ Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.
+ Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.
+ Other duties as assigned
+ Exceptional guest service and communication skills required.
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
+ High volume cash handling. Minimum of 6 months prior experience working with the public is required.
+ Previous Slot Attendant experience and knowledge of Slot machine functions desired.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class III (A) gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency.
+ Washington State Drivers license or photo ID Card.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement with the ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
