Field Service Technician Fire and Security Alarms
Skilled technician needed for service and inspections of security, fire, access control, intercom, CCTV and more systems.
5 years relevant experience is desired and an AA level or solid understanding of electronic theory is very helpful. You will know codes, NFPA 72 and NEC and be familiar with testing procedures. This is a key position for us, and includes supporting the installation department in commissioning and testing system builds.
Knowledge of Silent Knight, Honeywell, Siemens and other brands is helplful. NICET certification will afford greater pay, greater responsibility and opportunity.
You must be fluent in computer, IP, telephone and cellular communications. You must have an excellent driving record and be able to pass a drug and criminal history screening.
Good pay, good benefits and a vehicle with laptop will be provided.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
