Hydroponic Garden Associate Company Overview:
Afterglow Enterprises is an I-502 Tier 3 licensed producer and processor based in Arlington, WA.
Our hydroponic indoor farm grows some of the most well known brands in the state.
As our business expands, we're eager to welcome motivated, professional individuals into our team.
Position Overview:
Our team is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Garden Associate to work full-time from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6:
00 am and 2:
30 pm.
This role requires hands-on involvement in our day-to-day farm operations, ensuring our plants receive the utmost care and attention.
Job Duties:
Maintaining plant health through defoliation Ensuring cleanliness and order in the growing areas Assisting in harvest procedures Training plants to optimize growth Installing and maintaining trellis systems Performing general labor duties, including lifting and moving plants
Qualifications:
Minimum age of 21, as required by WA state law Demonstrable self-motivation and teamwork skills Detail-oriented and organized approach to work Ability to rapidly absorb new information Professional demeanor and reliable work ethics Physical stamina to stand for extended periods Ability to lift at least 50lbs and navigate stairs with ease Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation Preferred
Experience:
Prior experience in the cannabis or gardening industry is highly desirable but not essential Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Note:

The consumption of alcohol or smoking of marijuana/cannabis is strictly prohibited on business premises.
