The Prot g Agency Producer can learn from an experienced industry professional as well as have access to the award-winning University of Farmers training program that is designed to help enhance knowledge and introduce tools that may help the Prot g Agency Producer grow as a business owner should he or she one day own their own Farmers agency.
If a Prot g Agency Producer meets all applicable eligibility requirements, they will have the opportunity to become an agency owner, if such an opportunity is available.

Responsibilities:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide annual account reviews with existing clients to help better establish agency relationship with clients.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
REQUIREMENTS:
Obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Disability Insurance Licenses Desire to own your own business Sales or Lead Generation Experience.
