Trim Department Manager
Quick Apply Full-time 8 hours ago Full Job Description I-502 Licensed Cannabis Producer/Processor located in Arlington seeking a full-time employee to manage a Trim crew of about 10 people.
Trim and management experience required.
Must be able to show up to work on time, sober, and ready to lead your team.
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are necessary.
The role includes a lot of data collection and reporting, Excel/Google Suite experience is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
This may include reaching, lifting, the ability to remain stationary for long periods, and transporting boxes and totes of up to 25lbs across the facility for various reasons.
They must also possess strong leadership, communication skills, and conflict resolution in order to elevate and maintain team morale.
Must be over 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check.

Note:
Our output is expanding and this number will increase.
- Ensure daily trim totals are input properly into spreadsheets.
- Ensure all trimmers hit daily targets.
- Hire/fire trimmers as needed.
- Ensure trim spaces and tools are maintained and cleaned properly.
- Ensure all material has appropriate traceability/compliance labels.
- Manage bringing harvest material off the lines.
- Manage burping/curing of binned material.
- Manage transportation of finished material to our processing facility.
- Communicate with all relevant departments minimum 1x/week (Cultivation, Processing Director, Extraction, Packaging, HR).
- Work with department leads to determine what material to prioritize (specific varieties, A or B grade, oil material, cart material, pre-roll material, etc.
) Final determination made by our Processing Director.
